This new missuk.ini changes all your starting vehicles to the ICBM truck. In the first level "Boys Will Be Thieves" Your starting Vehicle is the ICBM truck and there is a police car and Firetruck next to it. The Other 3 levels just have the ICBM truck as starting car.
